The Duolek straight seam welded pipe unit is a technologically mature industrial pipe manufacturing equipment, serving the market with stable and reliable performance through years of technological accumulation and process optimization. It mainly covers the following two advanced models:
1. High frequency straight seam welded pipe unit
This unit is the preferred choice for producing efficient and high-quality steel pipes. It adopts an internationally advanced forming system, which has the advantages of stable forming, good surface quality of steel pipes, and convenient specification changes. The unit uses low-carbon steel strip with a maximum width of 1500mm as raw material, and achieves uninterrupted continuous and efficient production through multi roller continuous cold forming and high-frequency current self melting fastening technology.
2. Submerged arc straight seam welded pipe unit
This unit is a specialized equipment for producing high-performance straight seam welded pipes in industries such as metallurgy, petroleum, and construction. It adopts mature JCOE cold stamping and other advanced processes, using the narrowest 1250mm coils, medium plates, and medium thick plates as raw materials. By using packing fastening methods, we ensure that product quality, cost, and various consumption indicators reach advanced levels, and have strong competitiveness in the market.

Q:What information we need customers to provide?
A:Duolek has R&D Center to focus on the study for new product. We can design and make the change as customer’s requirements. We keep an opened mind to service our customers.
Q:What’s your quality control system?
A:We operate ISO9001 Quality Management System. We control our products quality by our workshop processes: Materials incoming inspection, Machining process control, finished testing and Inspection before packing. Each step has inspector and the testing results will be recorded for checking.
Q:What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A:We prefer T/T through bank. 30% when order is confirmed and 70% before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amount over 200,000USD.
Q:What is your warranty policy?
A:All our products are warranted for one full year from date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.This warranty does not cover parts that are worn out through the course of normal operation
